We're in the Park of Commerce - Colonnade II building. It’s immediately to the right of the large parking structure. Park in front of the building or in the parking structure. This is Boca Raton's first gold rated office building in the U.S. Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program.

From I-95 N:
Exit on YAMATO ROAD (exit 48B).
Follow YAMATO ROAD WEST almost 1 mile and turn right at the light onto CONGRESS AVENUE.
Make a right at the first light onto PARK OF COMMERCE BLVD.
We are in the 2nd building on the right.
From I-95 S:
Exit on YAMATO ROAD (exit 48).
Follow YAMATO ROAD WEST about 1/2 mile and turn right at the light onto CONGRESS AVENUE.
Make a right at the first light onto PARK OF COMMERCE BLVD.
We are in the 2nd building on the right.
From the Turnpike:
Exit on GLADES ROAD and turn left.
Proceed almost 2 miles and turn left onto BUTTS ROAD.
Follow BUTTS ROAD to the end and turn left onto MILITARY TRAIL.
Follow MILITARY TRAIL about 1 1/2 miles and turn right at the light onto YAMATO ROAD.
Proceed about 1 mile and turn left at the light onto CONGRESS AVENUE.
Make a right at the first light onto PARK OF COMMERCE BLVD.
We are in the 2nd building on the right.
From West Boca:
Follow YAMATO ROAD west to CONGRESS and turn left.
Make a right at the first light onto PARK OF COMMERCE BLVD.
We are in the 2nd building on the right.
From Military Trail in Delray or further north:
Follow MILITARY TRAIL south to PARK OF COMMERCE BLVD, which is the last light before YAMATO ROAD.
Make a left onto PARK OF COMMERCE BLVD.
We are in the 2nd building on the right.
(Note: one light before Park of Commerce BLVD is Park of Commerce DRIVE. Do not turn at Park of Commerce Drive)
From I-95, heading north:
Exit on NORTHLAKE BLVD and turn left.
Follow NORTHLAKE for ½ mile and turn right onto MILITARY TRAIL (2nd light).
Follow MILITARY TRAIL for 1½ miles and turn right onto BURNS ROAD (3rd light).
Follow BURNS ROAD for ½ mile and turn right onto RIVERSIDE DRIVE (2nd light).
Turn right into the 2nd driveway on the right (at the contemporary white sculpture).
We’re in the building on the right – first door.
From I-95, heading south:
Exit on MILITARY TRAIL and continue straight.
Follow MILITARY to the third light and turn left onto BURNS ROAD.
Follow BURNS for ½ mile and turn right onto RIVERSIDE DRIVE (2nd light).
Turn right into the 2nd driveway on the right (at the contemporary white sculpture).
We’re in the building on the right – first door.
From Florida’s Turnpike:
Exit on PGA BLVD and turn left.
Follow PGA for 2 miles and turn right onto MILITARY TRAIL (3rd light).
Follow MILITARY TRAIL to the second light and turn left onto BURNS ROAD.
Follow BURNS for ½ mile and turn right onto RIVERSIDE DRIVE (2nd light).
Turn right into the 2nd driveway on the right (at the contemporary white sculpture).

Follow FOREST HILL BLVD for 10.2 miles. (Pass SR 441 and the Wellington Green Mall.)

Follow SOUTH SHORE BLVD for 2/10 of a mile, taking the first right after the Shell gas station into the Chancellor Corporate Center.

From the Florida Turnpike, heading North:
Exit on LAKE WORTH (Exit #93).
Go west on LAKE WORTH ROAD for 2 miles.
Turn right on SR 441 North.

Follow FOREST HILL BLVD. for 1.8 miles.
Bear left on SOUTH SHORE BLVD.
