Score At The Top Learning Centers & Schools is a family owned and operated company. While the same family owns all of the offices, each office operates as its own company. Accordingly, each learning center & school has it's own specific documentation; please download the materials from your primary center.
The following documentation must be signed and returned to your Center Director:
- Company Protection Agreement (located within the Handbook)
- Acknowledgment of receipt for the Handbook and ACA Compliance Letter (located within the Handbook)
- W-4
- I-9 (with the required identification)
- Background check authorization
Please return all completed form, as applicable, to your Center Director. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact your future Center Director.
