Score At The Top is the ONLY accredited school in Wellington that can cater to an equestrian’s hectic schedule! Our seasoned teachers will work hand-in-hand with your hometown school anywhere in the country to ensure the continuity of your education when you’re here in Wellington. In a classroom of two – the student rider and the teacher – we provide the best possible academic support through our expert teaching staff. Simply put, a rider won’t miss an academic stride during WEF season!
Scheduling is maximally flexible: you can train in the mornings or in the afternoons, and use the other part of the day to work with us. From language arts to AP Calculus, our teachers are available practically 24/7. We pride ourselves on the daily communication with a student’s sending school and parents. Daily notes and evaluations, sent by each of our teachers with whom a rider meets, keep everyone engaged in the rider’s education.
You and your school have options: we can follow the hometown school’s curriculum, class by class, or we use our own curriculum. We’re able to email or fax a student’s work for grading back home, or we can take full responsibility for generating an official transcript for a student’s academic work with us.
When students return home, they often continue to receive support from us via Skype—even preparing for standardized tests like the SAT or working on their college applications and essays. Several of our students have so enjoyed working with us that they are now a part of our flexible full-time private school program, taking classes via Skype when they’re back home, and meeting in person when in Wellington—all toward their goal: the perfect balance of equestrian activities and the academic classes leading to our accredited high school diploma.
